SHIPPING
How do you ship my order?
We use a variety of carriers to ship your order, depending on your order size and packaging needed to ensure your order arrives with maximum freshness.
Depending on your products, you will be prompted to select the shipping method or methods to ensure maximum freshness of your desserts—for example, our key lime pies are only shipped via overnight delivery.
How much does shipping cost?
The weight and perishability of products you order will dictate shipping costs. You will be given more information on shipping costs at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Every order is processed within 1-2 business days. Depending on the products you order, shipping can take anywhere from 1 to 5 business days. You will be given more information on shipping timelines at checkout.
What if I need my order on a specific day?
If it is important that you receive your order by a specific date, please reach out via the “Contact” page before placing your order, and a member of our team will reach out to coordinate delivery. As with all orders, once your product(s) ship, you will be provided with the tracking information to monitor your delivery from our door to yours.
Where do you ship?
We ship to all 50 states, all we need is a valid residential or business street address. Our desserts do not currently ship outside of the United States.
How do I know my order has been processed?
You will receive (1) an email confirmation when your order is placed, and (2) an email when your package has shipped, this email will contain your package’s tracking information.
What if I need to make a change to my order?
If you notice that you must make a change to your order, please contact us immediately via the “Contact” page. We are not able to guarantee that these changes can be made; however, if your order has not yet been processed for shipping, we are happy to assist you with making a change.
What if I don’t get my package?
We first recommend checking the tracking information. We are not responsible for loss of package by doormen, building receiving areas, concierge desks, or other potential misplacement of delivered packages. We cannot be responsible for theft or damage to packages left outdoors resulting from a delivery where no one is able to receive the package.
What if my package is returned to you?
If your package is returned because of an incorrect address provided by the customer, we cannot send a new package or issue a refund. Unfortunately, you must place a new order. Refunds may not be given for shipping delays caused by inclement weather, package refusal, and/or incomplete or incorrect delivery address.
PRODUCTS
What is the shelf life of the products?
The desserts are all made individually, by hand, and have no preservatives.
“Crack” or toffee crunch should best be kept in its original airtight package at room temperature or lower, for up to 6 months. A small silicone packet inside the jar helps reduce our humidity to maintain the crunch of the brittle.
All varieties of our Key Lime Pies must be refrigerated upon receipt, and are best enjoyed within 5-7 days.
Are there any allergens in our products?
Each product page lists allergens in our products. While we take care to avoid cross contamination wherever possible, all products are made by hand using shared equipment which processes eggs, milk, soy, wheat, peanuts, and tree nuts (almond, coconut, hazelnut, pecan, pistachio, walnut).
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Do you offer returns?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges, returns or refunds. If you have an issue with your order, please reach out via the “Contact” page and we will make it right.
