Nikita's story

I'm a pastry chef (and mom of 2) from sunny South Florida. I make the best desserts you'll ever taste, with a spoonful of love mixed in!

I have been a pastry chef for the past two decades, recently working in upscale restaurants and a boutique cake shop in Washington, D.C. During the pandemic, I started online cooking lessons with the Sunshine Project, an organization dedicated to enhancing the lives of special needs children and adults, and started a hugely popular neighborhood pre-order dessert venture. 

The impact of these projects gave me the confidence to take my passion to the next level through starting my small business. My business, Nikita Bakes, found its home in South Florida, where I provide desserts for upscale restaurants and specialty retailers throughout the Palm Beaches.

I am so excited to share my passion for making the world’s best fine desserts with an even greater community, and am grateful for your support as we grow Nikita Bakes.
